Emofeed respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and contributors to do the same. We respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Our Editorial Practice

All articles on Emofeed are original works written by our editorial team. We do not republish or aggregate content from other publications. Where we use images, we either license them, use royalty-free stock photography from services like Unsplash, or have permission from the copyright holder.

How to File a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on Emofeed infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material on Emofeed that you claim is infringing, including the URL where it appears.
  4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If material was removed from Emofeed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you live, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of contributors who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Please do not make false claims.
